Description
Alma Consulting Group has announced to its works councils an employment safeguard plan that will lead to 222 job cuts and 66 recruitments. The announcement is in the frame of the merger with Lowendalmassaï. The management has started an information and consultation procedure with the employees’ representatives to mitigate the social impact on affected employees. The aim is to finalize the merger in November 2015. Alma consulting group has 1,300 employees (including 750 employees in France) and Lowendalmassaï, specialised in cost reductions, has 360 employees (180 employees in France).
