Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Global consulting company Ernst and Young will increase its employment in Poland by 20%. At least 75 new jobs will be created at its newly open global IT development centre in Wroclaw. The company will search for project managers, business analysts, infrastructure engineers, IT processes managers and software architects responsible for design of applications. The investment has received public support from the Ministry of Economy. Currently, the Shared Services Centre located in Wrocław employs over 370 people and provides services for clients from 14 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ernst and Young has 5 more offices located across Poland (Łódź, Poznań, Kraków, Warszawa and Katowice) and employs 1,600 people.
