Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The railway-network construction company Sferis, has announced that it will recruit about 160 employees in 2015. The positions to be filled are railways layers, employees specialised in signalling and site supervisors.
The company is a subsidiary of the railway company SNCF, was created in 2012 and had a turnover of €45 million in 2014.
