The Management Board of Polish insurance company PZU SA has informed that together with its subsidiary PZU Życie SA and with the trade unions has signed an agreement specifying the terms and conditions of group layoffs. The programme will be implemented between 4th of May and 2nd of June this year. The severance pay will be paid according to employees' seniority. Up to 350 people will be affected by the restructuring, of which 152 employees of various professional groups will be affected by downsizing. The new dismissals are the next round of the large restructuring programme which has been in place since 2010.
