Broadband and phone provider Plusnet has announced that it plans to increase the headcount at its Leeds call centre by 200 as demand for the company's products continues to grow. It is being reported that it is expected to take around eighteen months to fill the new positions at which point the company will employ around 450 at its Leeds call centre. The company already employs 850 at its Sheffield site and has grown quickly since it was founded in 1997, and is one of the fastest growing companies in its sector.
