Description
Agora Publishing is to create 100 jobs in Co Waterford with a new multilingual services centre. The US-owned company is to fill the roles over the next three years, as part of a €4.4 million capital investment. The new positions will be spread across two divisions, Agora Publishing Services and Emerald Contact Centre, and will be in many different roles such as customer service, analytics, software engineering, and project management. The development is supported by IDA Ireland.
