Description

EVRY, Norway's biggest IT company, is to recruit 315 new employees in 2015.

The recruitment process is already started, with vacancies listed for business controller, EDI salesesman, senior security advisor, and several positions for project managers in business consulting and banking services.

The net job creation will be lower than 315,  as EVRY may undertake restructuring processes in parts of the company. In 2014, the company underwent a restructuring process and reduced its staff by about 300 employees. According to the company's SVP of Human Resources, Kirsti Christie, EVRY is likely to both recruit and lay off a significant number of employees this year.

Many of the new positions will be located in Bergen, where EVRY has established new consulting and maintenance units, securing 50 jobs and significant recruitment until 2017. The company also recently opened new offices at Herøya in Telemark, which will provide more than 100 jobs. Additionally, Evry is currently finishing Norway's large data center, located in Fet, Akershus.

EVRY has about 10,000 employees in the Nordic countries.
