Description

Japanese IT specialist Fujitsu will create 300 new jobs in Portugal by the end of 2015. According to management, the multinational want in particular to recruit Portuguese persons currently not living in Portugal and cite strong language competences as one of the reasons for expanding their Portuguese operations.

The company opened its first office in Portugal in 2004, initially with a headcount of 12 people. That number rose to 200 after four years. Today it has about 800 workers, 60% of which are Portuguese.
