The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Alior Bank has announced its plan to decrease the employment by up to 1,000 workplaces by the end of 2015. This situation is a result of the process of merging with Meritum Bank. The banks is going to negotiate the conditions of the restructuring programme with the local trade unions. It has been also revealed that the merged banks will change their distribution model.
