Description
German car manufacturer Audi has announced plans to create 6,000 new jobs worldwide in 2015. It is foreseen that 4,000 of the new positions will be created in Germany, with the rest being located in other countries worldwide.
Audi, which belongs to the Volkswagen group, employs approximately 80,000 people worldwide. The company grew by 5,732 employees in 2014 alone. By 2019, the company plans to invest €24 billion in new technologies for production as well as in the construction of new production plants worldwide.
