Description
Widiba, the online subsidiary of Italian banking group Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS), has disclosed its intention to hire 1,000 financial advisors over the next three years. The bank will hire junior, senior and professional advisors.
The plan is aimed at doubling the number of financial advisors and increasing the presence of the network in the country with a view to boosting deposit-taking activities. The company also plans to adopt new variable pay schemes in order to reward and incentivise promoters and support their professional growth.
