Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
UNIT4, a leading provider of people-centred enterprise software for services organizations, headquartered in the Netherlands, will create 700 jobs at its newly established R&D center in Wroclaw (Poland). The company is looking for IT specialists (programmers, testers, analysts) as well as customer service specialists. The company has received PLN 4.1 mn (EUR 0.96 mn USD 1.02 mn) of financial support from the state.
