Description

On 4 March 2015, the state-owned bank PKO BP (Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski) announced its plans to cut up to 1,100 jobs by the end of 2015. The company is negotiating with the local trade unions about the conditions of the restructuring programme. PKO BP, the largest Polish retail bank, was founded in 1919.
