Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CERI International is planning to further increase its employment to reach the level of 700 employees in the future. Only this year its plan is to recruit 100 new workers. This provider of IT and business consultancy services, which now employs 400 people, is growing dynamically. Only two years ago CERI has been employing 50 people. In order to achieve future employment growth the company has recently concluded a cooperation agreement in the field of education and research projects with Technical University of Lodz. The company mainly employs IT specialists with knowledge of foreign languages.
