European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 3rd of March 2015 Capgemini, the IT services and business consultancy company, has announced its plan to create over 100 new jobs by the end of 2015. Finance and accounting process analysts are planned to be recruited for the unit in Katowice and technical support staff is required for the unit located in Opole. The company is looking for specialists with knowledge of foreign languages, especially German, French or Scandinavian. The company is willing to employ both experienced workers as well as graduates.
Capgemini has been operating in Poland since 1996 and now employs over 6,000 people in five offices across country (Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Warszawa and Opole). In both units in Katowice and Opole the total of 1,700 people is employed.
