European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dedeman, a successful Romanian company specialized in retailing building materials and interior design, announced it would hire 180 people for its new store in Bucharest, to be opened in March this year. The plan is part of the strategy to expand a new line of business activities for 2015. A previous Dedeman factsheet is available here.
