Description
Ulster Bank has announced that it is to create 350 jobs at its call centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The centre which already handles calls from Ulster Bank customers will use the extra capacity to handle calls from customers from the wider Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and NatWest groups. The expansion is being financed by an investment of £300,000 by RBS and Ulster Bank. The site has been identified as a centre of excellence and the high quality of local labour is a factor in the expansion. It is not known when the new positions will be filled.
