European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 12 February 2015, as the result of the new production line launch, Samsung Electronics has announced the creation of additional 250 positions. The development of its factory in Wronki (near Poznań) was supported by the grant for investments of significant importance for Polish economy.
Samsung Electronics has been operating in Wronki since 2010. The factory employs currently over 4,000 people.
