European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Commercial Court of Paris has decided on the liquidation of the travel agency and tour operator, Euroservices, best known for its brand "Donatello." As a result, 136 employees will be dismissed. The company, which reached a turnover of €75 million in 2013, was placed in receivership in January 2015. The management received no takeover proposals since January as the tour operating business has been steadily decreasing over the years.
