European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bonatrans Group, a manufacturer of railway wheelsets, plans to create 100 new jobs in 2015 and to invest CZK 400 million into new technologies for the production and processing of railway axles.
In the production of railway wheels and wheelsets, Bonatrans Group is already the largest in Europe, thanks to last year's acquisition of the German company Gutehoffnungshütte Radsatz (GHH).
The company employs at its Bohumin plant over 1,300 people and in 2013 posted a turnover of CZK 5.6 billion.
