Description
Dutch truck manufacturer DAF is to cut 100 jobs at its manufacturing site in Wasterlo. As reported, the company plans the non renewal of temporary contracts in response to the need to slow down its production. As mentioned, the main reason for the restructuring is the persistent failure of economic recovery in Europe and the considerable decrease in the Russian demand for West-European trucks.
