Car manufacturer Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile (TPCA) plans to cut 500 jobs in March 2015 due to a lower demand for new models. This will  result in a transition from three-shift to two-shift operation at the Kolin . The job cuts will affect only agency workers.
The company, a joint venture between Japanese and French auto companies, currently employs a total of 3,700 people (including about 800 agency workers).
