European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Multinational telecommunications company, Vodafone is planning to launch a Redundancy Procedure affecting 1,000 employees after the merger with telecommunications company Ono in July 2014. As reported, the job reduction measure is expected to take place during the first 2015 semester, although the timeframe may be extended due to the size of the restructuring.
