European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Swedish publishing company LRF Media, part of Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund, has announced the intention to cut costs by SEK 30 million which will lead to the reduction of 90 positions. The company plans to close its office in Malmö and close several departments in its head office in Stockholm.
LRF Media employs a total of 300 people.
Updated 2015-04-17: As of 10 April 2015 LRF Media has terminated 50 employees of the 90 planned redundancies. There is currently no more information on the timeline of the remaining 40 planned job reductions.
