Description

Scandinavian airline SAS has given notice to 100 of its cabin crew in Sweden. This is the result of a disagreement with the union on cabin crew rest facilities on long-haul flights. From February, SAS will utilize Norwegian crews who do not have the same regulations on rest compartments sizes in their collective agreements to take over the Swedish staff’s work.

The ERM has reported on previous restructuring events at SAS in Sweden in 2012 and 2014.
