European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Romanian security services provider Vigilent Security, is to cut 106 jobs. The job reduction measure will start in November 2014 and as reported is linked with the decreased local economic activity in Caras Severin County.
