European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 25 September 2014, food delivery service Delivery Hero announced to shut down its location in Braunschweig which will affect 128 staff. 47 employees will be dismissed immediately. The remaining 81 jobs will be cut in two further stages by August 2015. The company announced 50 jobs to be vacant in Berlin and clarified that applicants from Braunschweig will be given priority.
Delivery Hero is the operator of lieferheld and pizza.de and has over 10 percent market share of all food orders in Germany.
