Business services company Capita has outlined plans to create 200 new jobs in Glasgow. The time frame for the creation of these jobs is not known. The company which already employs 5,000 people in Scotland has offices in Aberdeen, Forres, Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. Its business activities are spread across IT, telecoms, utilities and financial services. The company is able to increase its Scottish workforce with assistance from Scottish Enterprise who have provided Regional Selective Assistance grants worth £1.24 million.
Capita announced expansion its operation in Northern Ireland earlier in 2014.
