Yazaki, Japanese world's producer of wiring harnesses for the automotive industry, is to create 120 jobs for the new production unit in Urlati (Prahova county), starting in September 2014. It is expected that until April 2015, 1,000 people will work there. Additionally, 3,000 more jobs are foreseen in Braila, where the company is investing in a new plant.
So far, the Japanese auto parts manufacturer employs 4,700 people in Romania, at the two plants in Ploiesti and Arad and two workshops in Caracal and Timisoara.
