European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
According to the union FO and the newspaper Les Echos, French wine and spirits group Pernod Ricard has announced plans to cut 900 jobs worldwide as part of its "Allegro" restructuring plan. The cost-cutting measure will mainly affect Thailand and France.
