Description

Polish company Tabor Szynowy Opole, which manufactures railway rolling stock, has announced it will cut 320 jobs when it closes its production unit in Opole. The company specialised in the repair of carriages and the production and repair of freight cars. 

According to the source, the company was declared bankrupt by a court in February. The source also notes that workers have not received salaries since November 2013. The unit will close by the end of May 2014 and workers will receive a severance pay.
