Description
As announced on 25 April 2014, the German energy supplier enviaM is to cut 270 jobs until the end of 2017. Job losses are due to a decrease of the annual net profit between 2012 and 2013. EnviaM employs 4,128 in total.
The envia Mitteldeutsche Energie is a regional supplier of electricity and gas in eastern Germany. The RWE AG holds the majority of its shares.
