Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck announced it will create 130 jobs at its new business process outsourcing (BPO) centre in Kraków. The centre will be operational from July 2014 and it will provide financial, human resources, IT and procurement services for its European units.
Lundbeck operates in 57 countries employs about 6,000 people world-wide. Lundbeck already has offices in Warsaw, Poland.
