Business services company Concentrix has announced plans to create 1,000 new jobs in Belfast. As reported, most of the new jobs will be created in the call centre operations section of the company and software development services. The job creation is linked with a £3.5m grant aid by Invest NI.

Currently employing 800 people across three sites in the city, the company Concentrix set up in Northern Ireland in 2011. The timeline for the expansion plans is not yet available.
