Description
Dutch housing corporation De Alliantie has announced it will cut 100 job as part of a restructuring process. The restructuring will occur over the course of 2014 and 2015.
According to the source, the financial outlook of the corporation is good but it is restructuring to keep operating costs low and to maintain the affordability of social housing. The corporation hopes that this restructuring will allow it to operate more efficiently and effectively.
De Alliante is in talks with trade unions to develop a social plan for the redundancies.
