European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The German group E.ON, with growing investments of over €1.1 mld. in Romania, will employ 300 people at its centre service of Cluj-Napoca.
Starting in 2013, E.ON Business Services provides accounting services for all its companies in Europe, as well as Human Resources services. E.ON Business Services Cluj employs more than 250 people at present, and by the end of this year their number will double; by 2015, workforce will be over 550 employees. Most employees are selected on the local labour market. They are experienced in accounting, HR, and have solid language skills.
