Description
A new investment in Lommel Proving Ground, the test circuit of the American multinational carmaker Ford, will create 105 new jobs in 2014. 36 jobs will be for office staff and 69 will be for technical workers.
The new investment increases the importance of Lommel Proving Ground, since 2008 it has been the Center of Excellence for all tests of new Ford technology in Europe.
The ERM previously reported that Ford closed three production sites in Europe, including one in Belgium.
