Description

Helios Group from Domžale (Osrednjeslovenska region), a producer of coatings, varnishes and lacquers, is to reduce its workforce by 120 positions as the result of its acquisition by Austrian Ring International. The restructuring will be completed by the end of April 2014.

The acquisition has already been concluded, but it has yet to come into effect.

Helios employs 1,372 employees in various locations in and near the town of Domžale.
