Description

On 4 March 2014, American producer of timing belts and other automotive components Dayco opened its factory in Tychy (the Katowice Special Economic Zone) and announced the creation of 100 jobs. Eventually, the company plans to create 300 jobs.

Dayco is a global company which provides a broad range of belts, tensioners and pulleys for the automotive, trucking, construction, agricultural and manufacturing sectors. The company employs about 3,000 people around the world.
