European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Business process outsourcing (BPO) company Centrum Obsługi Biznesu announced plans to create up to 300 jobs at the new unit in Gdańsk. The company is looking for call center staff, office staff, trainers and managers.
Centrum Obsługi Biznesu was founded in 2006 and it is headquartered in Bydgoszcz. The company employs over 200 people in the Bydgoszcz call center.
The ERM reported on a previous restructuring at the company in 2013.
