The business process outsourcing (BPO) operator Centrum Obs?ugi Biznesu announced plans to create up to 150 jobs at the new unit in Grudzi?dz. The company is looking for call center staff, office staff, trainers and managers.
Centrum Obs?ugi Biznesu was founded in 2006 and it is headquartered in Bydgoszcz. The company employs over 200 people at the Bydgoszcz call center.
The ERM reported on a previous instance of restructuring at the company in 2013.
