European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Toy retailer One2Play has announced its bankruptcy with the loss of 123 jobs. This is due to declining sales and the firm's failure to restructure its debt with creditor banks. Consumer spending in Croatia is estimated to have declined by as much as 30% in the last five years.
