Description
Polish Alior Bank is to implement a collective dismissal programme affecting 260 jobs at its headquarters. The job cuts are expected to be made by the end of May 2013. The restructuring programme aims at increasing financial and organizational effectiveness. The redundant employees will receive a severance pay.
The bank has been operating in Poland since 2008. Alior Bank has currently about 800 unit across the country.
The ERM reported other restructurings at the company in 2013, 2011, 2010 and 2009.
