European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Irish specialist insurance services arm of US-based Assurant Solutions has announced it will close its call centre in county Cork, following a review of its operations in Ireland. The decision will affect 170 jobs. The functions carried out at the centre will be transferred to Crewe in the UK. This transfer is expected to be completed by September 2014.
