Description

The Compromise Council of Financial Agency (FINA) issued a decision on the termination of the pre-bankruptcy settlement procedures for food producer Mirna Rovinj. As a result all 160 jobs will be lost. The pre-bankruptcy settlement procedures failed because a restructuring plan had not been adopted. Trade unions blame the local and national government for unsuccessful measures to help the firm.
