European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Online book seller ECI was declared bankrupt in January 2014. On 3 February 2014 it was announced that part of the activities will be continued under a new owner, Novamedia. Out of the 200 ECI employees, only 30-35 will keep their jobs.
