Description

Timber frame specialist Prestoplan is set to close with the loss of up to 168 jobs.

The firm did not comment on the reasons for the closure, but it is known that it had suffered from low demand in the timber construction sector. Recently, the company already had to restructure its business and to close its plant at Gloucestershire.

Staff consultations are underway with employees and their representatives.
