Confectionery producer Lamy-Lutti announced the final closure of its site in Manage, Belgium. 152 jobs will be lost.
As reported, the management finally decided not to rebuilt the plant that was destroyed by fire in October 2013.
Accordind to media reports, the Renault procedure has been launched in order to discuss the severance pays. As announced, the unions expressed their surprise and disappointment and will try to explore alternatives to the closure.
