Courier services company TNT Express is to cut 237 jobs in the UK until the end of 2015. This is part of TNT’s “Deliver!” programme that could result in 4,000 job cuts globally.
The affected jobs involve data entry, administration, and supervisory and clerical roles. No specific information is given for the starting date of the job cuts.
TNT stated that they have already initiated consultations with trade unions and that they will assist the affected staff with redeployment.
