Description
Discount supermarket chain Lidl is to hire 150 employees in Rungis (Val-de-Marne). Recruitment will mainly aim at managers, technicians and administrative staff.
The measure follows the company’s decision to relocate its operational and purchasing centre from Strasbourg to Rungis. If it can be implemented fully, then the transfer will result in the relocation of 280 workers to Rungis.
Lidl employs about 25,000 staff working in 1,500 shops in France.
